The Searchanise app does not affect product pages and do not create duplicates. If you mean something else, please clarify it in more detail.

We've found this tool to be very effective however our product page listings in Google have dropped of the planet which is very odd.
Does the search index interfere with regular google product searches or obfuscate it? Does the tool cause duplicity penalties with two different product vectors...
