Dear Mohamed,
If you want to hide collections from search please refer to the following article:
Please note that products from these collections will not be hidden. In order to hide products from search, please add the SEARCHANISE_IGNORE tag for necessary products, click the Force re-indexation button in the Dashboard section in the Searchanise control panel, wait until indexation is complete and check the results.

In Shopify, can I exclude a collection or more from search?
I would like to hide certain collections and products from search. Can this be done and how?
