Admin panel is blocked, please check

my admin panel is blocked. my website is www.sandobiz.co.id, and I only have 18.759 product indexed. please kindly solve the problem.

I canceled the subscription and signup a new one.

the case is I only have about 18.759 products only, but the options to sign up is the 25K-50K options.

Please  let me explain. If the quantity of products in one store view differs  by 25 products from other store views, this quantity of products is  added to the total quantity of products in the store.  In your case there are 17,827 + 17,880 = 35 707 products. Please check it.

As you can see quantity of products in some search engines differ by 25 products. 17880 + 17855 + 17857 = 53592. That is why Enterprise subscription is available for your store. Could you please clarify how many languages are there in your store and if they are used in your store?

We have removed unnecessary search engines on our side. Please click the Force re-indexation button in the Dashboard section in the Searchanise control panel, wait until indexation is complete and let us know the result.

after force re-indexation, product indexed is correct now. and I have subscribe to the right plan.
