Live categories not pulling in preferences
Hi,
Due to Shopify API limitations, changes made to collections and pages are not indexed automatically. Once collections and pages are created/modified/removed, please click the Force re-indexation button in the Dashboard section in the Searchanise control panel to index the changes. Wait until indexation is complete and check search functionality.

I am having an issue of Searchanise not pulling in all of my available categories in Shopify in preferences>categories. I need to create a rule and add some filters based on this category, but it doesn't exist in the app even though it is a live category on my site. Has anyone had a similar issue, and know how to remedy this?
